Terrible Experience for 2-3 Days stay.

Room cleaning was worst, staff was very unprofessional. Reception staff call ka response nahi karte hai timely, Power cut a lot of time, Lift kabhi bhi band ho jati hai. It was horrible experience. During booking wo bhut politely baat karte hai. After payment they forget their promises. The food quality was okay okay but presentation not good. Not couple friendly or not advisable for family too.
The location of the hotel is not good as there is very dark at night time and we do not get vehicle at night.
