Do not book here...
Strongly advise against this place... There was mold in the windows and in the bathroom. The air was unpleasant and the room seemed very stuffy. the "door" to the bathroom was a sliding door to a wardrobe. The cable from the TV hung down on the bed.
The building itself showed signs of lack of maintenance. The kitchen was dirty and we absolutely did not want to be there, so left after 2 min.
We have not received a refund of the amount, as he offered another room, which we certainly did not want on the basis of the constitution of the house itself. For the price, you can get a clean and nice room closer to the center.
Really recommend that people refrain from renting from this establishment.

horrible - avoid at all costs
this was the worst hotel i've staid at in a very long time. the bed linen was not clean and in some beds smelled bad - the bed covers and towels were old and used, of doubtful cleanliness, and grey and stuffy. the walls were very thin and we had the snores from the czech worker who slept in the next room to keep us company. the hotel was full of eastern european laborers who were nice but very loud and noisy. we were woken up repeatedly by noises - steps on the floor above, talking....
we also had some nice insects to keep us company - woke up with a maggot on the covers this morning.
even the youth hostel we staid at a couple of days ago was better.

It's not an hotel neither a b&b
Lost in the middle of nowhere, (don't be confused by the English translation of Centrum) the place is mostly used by blue collar workers.
While clean, the rooms are very noisy, you can hear the conversations next room.
You have to make your bed yourself of course.
You are requested to pay cash, something that's not indicated on sites like booking.
To be avoided by the usual traveler.

avoid this hotel.
I have reserved this hotel for my spouse in may. I am not sure IF that hotel exist! My spouse have tried to localise it, but she could not by using google maps, she was at this location but there was only grass and motorway. She has tried to contact with the owner od the hotel, but he did not pick up the mobile for the whole time! Now the owner is frightening us if we do not pay the invoice he will send invoice to debts agency. AS i said we have tried many times to contact the owner on day we have booked the room. And nobody was answering. So we had to book another hotel. AVOID this place!

Great potential
Arrived here after a long day travelling. Figured out which room had been allocated and the room was very warm and stuffy, heating set to 23 degrees in mid summer. Paid for bed linen which was left on the "twin" bed even though singles were specified as I was travelling with a work colleague, so swapped mattress top with another from a vacant room. Almost all the bedroom furniture is from the local Ikea which is appropriate Scandinavian style and the addition of a small wardrobe would be good.
I spent 9 years running a successful guest accommodation business and making your own bed on arrival isn't good service. This is essentially a "self service" B and B. The only contact with the owner is by phone who may or may not be on the premises but very polite and helpful when contacted.
That said, it's a good location, pretty surroundings and the barn conversion is good. The overall experience could be improved. A welcome screen in the lobby informing you your room number, beds made, welcome basket of some sort, better quality information/sign-age. There are good sized, decent brand flat screen TV's and free wi-fi in the rooms.
Surprised they went for the "shared bathroom" option, the rooms seem big enough for a small en suite, not a hugely expensive option as they've already installed under-floor heating.
