I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and quiet, and the curtains kept it dark so I could lie in. Marko's dad was waiting for me when I got there and was always available at the agreed time. I was able to leave my bag after check out so I could go to the beach, which is only a 10-minhte walk away. The centre of Split is small so you can get anywhere on foot. There's a bakery just round the corner that is perfect for breakfast (it does coffee too) and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The air con was a bit weedy but it did the job in the end. I would happily stay here again.

A superb apartment. Full stop.
Marko and his father could not have been any more accommodating.
The apartment was spotless and everything was clean and fresh. Very quiet.
Uber-comfortale bed. Great shower.
So close to thr centre of the city.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Basic stay, great location and value
Stayed for 1 night awaiting a cruise in Split. The room was clean and spacious enough. We were on the ground floor backing the alley. We did not know that this was a parking area. It was loud with others making their way to and from their vehicles. The location of the House was excellent. Marko was polite and helpful. He picked us up from and drove us back from the airport reliably. The room met all our needs and is a great value. We would stay here, again, if returning to Split.

This is a perfect spot for a base to explore Split. This is close to the waterfront and in the heart of the city. Very clean rooms, good WiFi, great shower pressure. Exactly what I needed. The family who owns it loves around the corner, so readily available if you need anything.
