Room was clean and staff were helpful. One of the bedrooms did not have AC, but we were ok as the weather was not too hot. Also, they do not have USB ports. Otherwise, it was a good experience and I'd stay here again.

Only 2 lifts for quite a large hotel. Waited ages each time and there was always a queue so never even made the first lift. Very slow check in. Combined with the lift issue it took 45 minutes from arrival at check-in to entering the room.

Fine for a quick visit in which you don’t spend time in your room

I’ll start by saying that I knew this wasn’t going to be a 5⭐️ hotel. It was a last minute trip and a very reasonable price. That being said, there were a few things that could’ve been better for no additional cost. Our floors had lots of hair, not ours. We had a 12th floor room with a. Balcony, wonderful, right? No chairs to enjoy said balcony and the sliding doors did not lock. The bathroom didn’t have any hooks to hang wet towels. The parking garage is under construction as are the roads all around the hotel. Parking is a bit limited. Customer service at the front desk was good.

Worst hotel

Avoid this hotel, they guarantee 4:00 PM and it is not respected, then wait 20 min for the elevator because the other one is broken, try taking the stairs, it is scary how poorly maintained it is and the rooms.....

Hotel Classique has clearly benefited from its recent renovations—the rooms and common areas look modern, fresh, and inviting. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t live up to the updated appearance.
Housekeeping was very basic and seemed to do only the bare minimum, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. In addition, the elevators were extremely slow, often resulting in long waits that became frustrating throughout our stay.
While the renovations are a definite improvement, better housekeeping and more efficient elevator service would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.
