Well-located hotel with spacious rooms.

Quite a modern hotel in a convenient location with beautiful large rooms. Unfortunately, there is no dining available in the evening.

We were hosted in a side of the building which rooms look much more older than the photos on hotels.com. The blackout wooden curtain wouldn't move so we had a light from the street always shading light in our room. The toilet seat was broken and was only fixed the last night of our stay, The curtains of the washroom smelled bad. The last day of our stay our room had only one towel, we were 4 in the room. We asked for a towel but was brought too late for us.
The staff was friendly but this is not a hotel I would stay again.

Amazing location. Near the Metro and major highways. Only complaint i have, is that both of our rooms /bathrooms where outdated, a bit dirty and rusted on the doors ( bathrooms) Other then that, no complaints.

We adored Ruby Foo's! Starting with no extra charge for parking! The room was fresh and spacious. Air con was great, it was sooo hot outside! The walk to the Metro was such a short a short distance. We really enjoyed our stay! The only thing missing was the advertised bath robes!

The room was not clean, and the water pipe connected to the sink was not working. I was very disappointed with my stay and will not return to this hotel.
