Exceptional staying

First of all I would like to thank to the family who own the apartment they were very friendly and welcoming, also special thank to the lovely mom; you made our stay such as we are in our home we really appreciate that.
About the property, the location was perfect, you will be surrounded by the nature such as in farm apartment, it less than 5 minutes walking to reach the center of Fugen, also it will be good point to go to many attractions place such as mayrhofen, Zell am ziller, Achensee, Alpbach etc.. , about the apartment it was very clean and spacious with modern style and fully equipped, all you need available, stunning view from the terrace . Strongly recommended it.

A lucky last minute find…!!

Family run with a warm welcome and excellent rooms. It’s basically an old farmhouse converted with rooms and an apartment.
After a booking at another room elsewhere which I felt was simply awful I decided at the last minute to see if we could be accommodated.
We were lucky - they had a room which was prepared for us at short notice and turned out to be really really nice.
A small balcony overlooking the gorgeous St Pancratz church with a modern shower and underfloor heating.
A pretty basic but good breakfast was also available.
Booking here really required a car as the ski bus would be at least 20 minute walk.
Will definitely consider this lovely little place again.

Great ski holiday!

This place is exactly what we were looking for. Very clean. Beautiful view. Silent. Great host and very warm place. Will come back for sure for our next ski holiday! Not a single - to mention! Strongly recommended !

Ankommen, abschalten und wohlfühlen

Wir waren 3 Nächte zu Gast, der Empfang durch Marianne war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber, mit viel Liebe zum Detail im ganzen Haus. Das angebotene Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichend. Für Familien mit Kind(ern) die Natur verbunden sind, das Leben auf dem Bauernhof kennen lernen möchten ideal. Man darf in den Stall, sich die Tiere ansehen, die Arbeit im Stall beobachten und mithelfen. Kühe, Katzen, Hasen und zwei Hunde (sehr liebe Tiere) findet man auf dem Hof.

sehr schön

ein schöner kleiner Hof mit sehr gepflegten Zimmer und netter Familie. Frühstück ist gut, es wird sich um einen gekümmert. schöner Ausblick das zillertal und die Berge. sehr kinderfreundlich!!! kurz: haben uns wohlgefühlt, zum weiterempfehlen.
