Trip away for New Year

Reception staff lovely, got room straightaway. Room rather small and cramped so this let it down but clean. Breakfast could have been better and coffee a let down as very weak so ordered and paid for a stronger one. On a your holiday so had set meals, some were really nice but some disappointing and would have been better if we’d had a choice, one receptionist did sort this out for us and she was amazing - Samira.
Most of the waiters were great but one in particular was not, am older guy, didn’t catch his name.
Hotel is great as in the centre of everything and we had a great New Year celebrating but went out of the hotel for this which was about a 5 min walk.

Currently, it is difficult to rest well due to a lot of noise and light.

I stayed here for a couple of nights to visit the northern part of Albania, and honestly, I could not rest well.
The location is very good, it is undeniable, just five minutes or less from the pedestrian area.
️ The problem is the room and the renovation they are doing... The single room is small, although it has a large bed, but it is poorly laid out, not very spacious, with no possibility to hang towels in the bathroom or clothes in a closet... Moreover, the curtains are not blackout: at night, the lights illuminate you... And during the day, a lot of light comes in at 6 AM... Either you wear a sleep mask, or it is impossible to sleep, in addition to the noise from the ventilation due to the construction...
The buffet breakfast is quite poor; for its 4-star category, it does not correspond.
The service in general was very friendly, but at the reception, they denied the issue of noise due to the ventilation, and there are rooms where it is unbearable.

A great address in the north !

Is a very good hotel, breakfast is not buffet, you get put together. I found it very pleasant old school. Everything worked as it should, the reception was also super-attentive, and everyone knew English (and partly German). Good hands!

I stayed at the hotel Rozafa for a week on arrival was greeted with respect until I went into the dining room for dinner where the waiter told me to F off in his own language (tqifsha ropt) he did not know I spoke Albanian due to him being frustrated I was trying to ask if there was pork within the pasta due to my son being muslim..... also he tried to shortchange me so becareful with the money you hand over the bedrooms are spotless. and the cleaners do a fantastic job with the up keep of the hotel they will do anything for you so helpful.... the ladies that I delt with on reception was great spoke good English they have also said its a (great breakfast) its far from its so basic with very little on offer eggs that look stale if you like toast and jam then its nice even juice options only one!!!for the money I paid I would not say its great value as I was having to eat breakfast outside of the hotel even though I had paid nearly £500 would I visit again if the breakfast was updated and bar staff understood English noise level was fine heard no one there are some works going on next door but is what it is location is good in the heart of the town

Money was stolen from our room

We stayed yesterday in this hotel, room 706 and this morning at the time we went to breakfast they entered the room and stole money and the worst thing is that when we realized we were more than 50 kilometers and on a group trip, very bad experience, I do not recommend the hotel
