Anti-bribery Code of Conduct

At Skyscanner, we operate in all corners of the globe and pride ourselves on our reputation for being open, honest, ethical and fair in how we do business. This means that whoever we deal with, and wherever we operate, we are committed to doing so in a respectful and lawful manner.

Our board and senior management are committed to implementing and enforcing policies and systems to prevent and eliminate bribery in line with our obligations under the Bribery Act 2010 and other applicable anti-bribery legislation.

Skyscanner operates a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of bribery and corruption, whether direct or indirect by, or of, its employees, officers, agents, consultants, or any other persons or companies acting for on behalf of Skyscanner.

Skyscanner also expects its business partners, suppliers and all other third parties we deal with to operate lawfully, ethically and with integrity. Skyscanner will not conduct business with any third party that does not support that position.

As a third party or company working with, or on behalf of Skyscanner, it is a legal requirement that you are made aware of and comply with, our obligations pursuant to the Bribery Act 2010.

Under the UK legislation, a bribe is an advantage, financial or otherwise, that is offered, given, or received by an individual or company to induce that individual or company to perform public or company duties improperly.

As a third party working with or on behalf of Skyscanner, you will not tolerate, permit or engage in any form of bribery or corruption. You will have in place, and shall take all steps to enforce, policies and protections which prevent all forms of bribery and corruption to the extent required by law.
