The owners, Timothy and his wife, have taken an old hotel and done everything one could imagine to make it appealing and to satisfy their guests. It is a small hotel, but well worth the nightly rate. The rooms are clean and have a small kitchen type arrangement. There is also a common breakfast area that is well stocked. You can tell the owners work hard to make sure you are happy and satisfied. Though we didn’t have the opportunity to meet Timothy’s wife, Timothy was always reachable, kind, and highly communicative. We were amazed at how detailed their offering was. We highly recommend this place for an economical and pleasant place to stay.

Steep stairs. Room was "retro" and "quaint", but the plumbing under the bathroom sink was not installed correctly and leaked.

Very clean and lots of attention to amenities in terms of comfort and coffee/breakfast. No staff present-it’s all text check-in and communication, which I don’t personally like, but most people probably don’t mind that

This place is awesome! It’s right in the heart of Cloudcroft! You can walk to Mad Jack’s! The place is very very clean! If your looking for something fancy, this ain’t it, but if your looking for location, cleanliness, super nice host, quiet, and relaxing, this is your place.
