You will receive a secure link called SOTpay to complete your transaction with Visa or Mastercard. Due to security reasons this link can only be opened once and will expire after 24 hours. • Please inform us of your arrival time . If you are arriving outside of our reception opening hours you will be emailed self -check in instructions once you have paid. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. • Reservations for 3 or more rooms will be considered a group booking and separate terms and conditions apply . For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and full payment 28 days prior to arrival. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. • Please note, the underground car park facilities on Minster Street can only be accessed between 11:00 and 16:00 due to bus lane restrictions, please contact the property with your car details to obtain 24hr CCTV exemption. Parking spaces must be booked in advance , charged at £16 per night. Please note the Height restriction in our Car Park is 6.2 ft . If you vehicle is over this please advise. • If you are arriving by taxi please note only black cabs have 24-hour access. Alternatively you would be dropped off a short walk away.
