Ok for one night

Great location, friendly staff , needs an upgrade urgently, rooms old dated and grubby, but bedding and towels spotless clean, toilets clean , would I stay again yes, we used it as get ya head down after night in Didsbury then up early and checked straight out next morning

Very expensive and the receptionist is not trustworthy, be careful.

I lived there for 5 months. I went to Portugal to see my mother, and the receptionist hid my two bikes. She charges for everything. The service there is bad, the noise isn't good, the cleaning isn't good, they don't give anything in the morning, not even coffee, and you pay a lot. The stove is all dirty with oil, it's expensive.

Hazard to health

From start to finish it was shocking to the core the pungent smell as soon as you walked through the door to the arguing, the loud music the constant smell of cannabis being smoked on the sight wafting through the lodge this lodge should not be being advertised and the fact they do not clean and the mould omg I went out to the shop and had to buy cleaning products it was disgusting

Beyond appalling.

That’s what I get for booking last minute - the worse accommodation I’ve ever stayed in!
The place is filthy from car park to bedroom. It wants knocking down and rebuilding.
There is not one redeeming feature from rude staff to rotting bathroom.
I’m amazed they have the cheek to charge, let alone charge over £70!
If you’re ever desperate for last minute accom - do yourself a favour and sleep in your car!

Appauling

We had paid to go to this hotel on Saturday for 1 night travelling from Newcastle to Manchester airport to catch flight Sunday morning. The airline unexpectedly changed the flight to 12 hours later , we know we could not cancel hotel however there is an option to change dates , so I did for us coming back a week later where they had availability! I got totally ignored for this request then when rang up it transfers to a mobile where after 2 days finally got through to be told from an awful attitude woman that they would not change the dates all about money pure greed no customer service care , however it was a blessing may need a tetanus after staying there and they won’t get a penny out of me!
