Very well unmanaged sluggishness and location, but very much noise from the outside as it is very listening.
Supermarket right outside the door. Well unmanaged kitchen. Spacious apartment for 2.
The hot water was difficult to control in the shower. (gas powered). Only air conditioning in the living room. became warm in the bedrooms.
Very much noise from the outside. Very listen. Started at: 04.00 sewing machines, beach tractor, garbage disposal. The apartment is located on 4 floors.
