Enjoyed our stay at 100%fun. Nice hotel, nice gardens and very diverse breakfast included in the price.

The hotel did not live up to the incident that occurred over the weekend , 28 September 2025

We liked the hotel very much, there were areas reserved for a wedding that we could not use, but not much affection.
The biggest drawback was the power outage from the early morning for which we could not have a correct breakfast or a hot shower, and although the fault was not directly from the hotel, we have not received any word of apology from them or a detail in the price which included said Service.
The hotel staff themselves admitting that such courts are routine and had no alternative recourse.
For example lighting in the rooms and breakfast, contact telephone or simple information from the first moment.

Week of Wingfoil

We were staying during the fire that forced us to vacate the hotel one night. Refund of the amount of that night with 0 problems. Service and attention of the hotel staff hardly improveable. The hotel facilities are very good for relaxing. Perfect location, 5 min walk from the beach sand. It's got an electric car charger, 10 kW charge, an expensive wagon, 0.50. The Mexican restaurant of the hotel, open for dinner and is very good. The hotel bar opens from 18:00, so it is not very comfortable if you want or have to spend the day in the pool and want to have a drink. Otherwise, to repeat...

Nos alegra saber que, a pesar de ese momento complicado, os sentisteis bien atendidos y que valoráis tan positivamente tanto el trato del equipo como las instalaciones.

Really nice authentic hotel! The staff was friendly and restaurant was good with great mexican food. We enjoyed the calm pool area and within short walking distance to a great beach! Would definitely stay there again next time we will be in Tarifa!
