Prestation bien médiocre pour cette chambre pour 3 personnes.
L'arrivée se fait devant un grand portail électrique. Personne ne nous répondait à l'interphone à notre arrivée... Heureusement une employée arrivait à ce moment et nous a ouvert.
Malgré un hall d'accueil plutôt engageant et joliment décoré, la chambre est petite et très basique.
Les chambres sont très très mal insonorisées. Il faut vous attendre à passer la nuit avec les bruits et discussions de vos voisins !
Pas / peu de ventilation ni dans la salle de bain ni dans la chambre. Pour une chambre de 3 personnes l'air devient vite irrespirable. D'autant plus que nous avions des odeurs de cigarettes puisque des personnes fumaient devant notre fenêtre !
La literie est très sommaire et peu confortable.
Salle de bain propre. Le rideau de douche n'est pas pratique ni hygiénique. Une paroi aurait été plus adaptée.
Un petit coin cuisine commun est à disposition à l'accueil pour préparer le petit déjeuner, avec un distributeur (prévoir de la monnaie car n'accepte pas la carte bancaire). Au prix de la chambre (près de 200€ la nuit !!!), il aurait été apprécié que celui-ci soit compris dans le prix (les gérants nous avaient prévenus), ou a minima que le café soit offert. Cela aurait rendu le séjour plus accueillant et convivial.
Malheureusement cette étape aux Palmeras, du fait du mauvais rapport qualité prix et du manque de confort ne nous laissera pas un bon souvenir...

Chambre vétuste et non entretenue. Lit pour 2 personnes très petit ( moins de 120 cm de large). Câbles électriques apparents, trous multiples dans les murs, WC branlants, meubles et miroir d’un autre âge, distributeur de savons inopérationnel.
Prix exhorbitant pour ce niveau de prestation. L’éclipse n’ excuse pas tout.

La habitación y el baño estaban limpios. Ambos estaban algo anticuados y el precio era bastante elevado por los servicios ofrecidos (a pesar de ser temporada alta). Lo más destacable fue la ducha de 70cm2, era complicado ducharse allí. El lugar está algo alehado de Gijón, lo cual no es un inconveniente si vas con coche, puesto que tiene un gran parking. La persona que nos atendió al llegar fue muy rápida y amable, en cuanto al trato ninguna pega.

Convenable pour petits budgets. Se situe dans une zone en dehors de tout à quelques kms du centre
Le lit n'a pas été fait entre 2 nuits.
Frigo cafetière au niveau accueil.
Ménage correct et literie tout à fait convenable .
Chiens dans le voisinage qui aboient.
Entretien extérieur du bâtiment laisse à désirer
