This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For stays of 6 nights or less, a cleaning service is NOT included. However, an optional cleaning service is available for 60€. For stays of 7 nights or more, a free cleaning service is included. Guests are kindly asked to leave the apartments in acceptable condition. Failing to do so will result in a EUR 50 fine. Please note that any damages, or broken/missing items will be charged to the guest's credit card. Please note that an extra charge for early check-in before 15:00 is 50€, payable directly upon arrival at the accommodation. Please note that an extra charge for late check-out later than 11:00 is 50€ payable directly at the accommodation.
