Very convenient just a few minutes from the train station and everything else, clean, nice staff, nice old building!

It was a bit gross, there was mould in the roof. It was a little annoying that you couldn’t take the room card out of the hotel but it was fine.
The personal were nice and made jokes.
The breakfast was alright, nothing special.
The room was fine overall but would probably not buy again.
The hotel was good for its price.

We would have given an excellent review instead of GOOD, but the rooms were very warm due to outside heat wave. Laura was outstanding in providing us with a 2nd fan an d then went out of her way to ask another couple if they would like to ride share on our next morning to the cruise terminal. Hotel breakfast was very good. Hotel is basic, no phones in room, no lotions in bathroom, no blow dryer, but very clean. Rate was great and location to Dam Square is perfect. Lots of canals to walk around.

Great location, staff friendly and breakfast included. Room was an interior one but staff had kindly provided a fan. Very well located near the main train station, restaurants and a supermarket (Spar) next door

Breakfast was the best part of old hotel as the lady in breakfast area was helpful She provided Gluten free bread every morning for me I did not have to ask again I had to ask the male check-in staff to open double door to get my walker through door then he did not help lift my bag up step or help disappointing as I am 76 years old
Old hotel No Air conditioning Bathroom small and shower leaked everywhere they new about it just gave extra towels for floor
Within walking distance of main Amsterdam rail station and central to Amsterdam canals etc.
