Riad Johnboy is a good spot for a medina experience

Nice room on the main floor with a lot of room for two people. Location is quiet though only a couple of minutes from the medina. Only quibble is the amount of time it takes to get hot water in the shower. Fresh towels were appreciated almost every day.
Good coffee within a few minutes walk.

Best Riad in Medina City!

A perfect place to stay in! The people working there are so friendly and nice!
The night guy is Tarik , with Tarik we spent the most of our time , that happened because of the tours we used to take (all the tours are happening early in morning) that's why we didnt have a lot of time to stay with the morning girl Amina she was so cute and nice as well!
They both helped as through a lot of trouble they perfectly explained in detail any informations we needed it about the city and the tours we took!
They treated us with a lot of gifts and mint tea! Love the Moroccan tea so strong and nice! We also had the opportunity to spend a day with Tarik in Ouzoud falls!
I reccomend this Riad 100% totally safe , clean , and nice!

Family friendly

We loved our stay at Riad Johnboy! Friendly staff bend over backwards to accommodate. Our family and baby were treated very well and the staff couldn’t do enough for us.
We opted for the breakfast option - a standard but very tasty Riad breakfast of various breads and spreads, coffee and orange juice served on the roof top Terrance.
Our baby had a very comfortable travel cot provided for him to sleep in and our room was typical Riad basic but lovely. Although there are no kettles, we were allowed to use the kitchen for whatever we needed, which was so handy having the baby in tow.
Staff arranged hotel transfers which were absolutely required for a family travelling with a baby for safety and security.
We would absolutely return to Riad Johnboy in a heartbeat! We loved everything from the staff, comfy lodgings, beautiful decor, convenient medina location and such a relaxed atmosphere.
Highly recommend!

The best place in Marrakech

Such a great find and such great value!! The family is so nice and so friendly and looked after us. The room was perfect and the air conditioning worked perfectly. ItS great location and we were so glad we found it.

Clean and calm Riad

I stayed for here for 3 nights with a friend. Even though our idea was to stay in the Medina we also wanted to rest and be away from all the hustle and we truly found what we wanted. It is a clean and quiet riad that had all we needed for our trip: a good bed and a good breakfast. The place also has a wonderful rooftop to chill. The only complaint we have is that we read on the internet that breakfast was 2'5 euros and they charged us 4 euros per person per day, so be careful and ask for the price before ordering breakfast.
Overall it was great. If I ever come back to Marrakech, I would come back to this place.
