The deposit is **released on the day of check-out**, however depending on the bank it may take **up to 14 days** to appear in the guest’s account. # Room types and sound conditions The property offers different types of rooms: • economy rooms with **shared bathroom and shared kitchen** • economy rooms with **private shower and toilet** • **studio apartments** • **Love Apart apartment** **The property does not have air conditioning.** Studio apartments provide **more privacy and good sound insulation.** Economy rooms are located in a **shared corridor area**, therefore there is **more sound transmission between rooms and shared areas.** # Location The property is located **at the intersection of central streets**, therefore **city traffic and urban noise can be heard inside the property**. At night these sounds may be **more noticeable**, as the surrounding environment becomes quieter. # Parking Parking is available for **EUR 10 per night**, unless the selected reservation rate **already includes parking**. **The parking entrance gate is located from Barona Street 137.** # House rules **Parties and events are not allowed.** The property reserves the right to refuse accommodation if **the number of guests exceeds the reservation**, if the booking is made **for parties or disruptive activities**, or if a guest is **clearly under the influence of alcohol or other substances** and may disturb other guests or create a safety risk.
