Comfortable Stay

The hotel is situated in prime location very close to state transport bus stand and also the railway station. rooms were spacious, and maintained very clean. staff was very good, professional and helpful.

Ok property with no facility

Short stay of one night. We visited Kolhapur for Goddess Laxmi Pooja. afternoon reached hotel. no toiletries except one small soap to wash hands. No hot water. It seems it is only in the morning. In the room Tea maker with no sugar-free sachets. they even pretend as they do not know what it is. after overnight journey when you reach a hotel you take bath.
Next day to go to pooja you have to take bath again but hotel can't give you towel. No policy... and the staff is so bad ... so non co-operative as if they are obliging and with lot of force and talks towel given. One more joke in the name of breakfast. Please see the photo also. Full oily Missel they call with raw bread piece which you just cant eat. and thats all in the name of break-fast. Even tea also is charged as they can not give sugarless tea. Be careful if at all you are again going to this property.

Very good budget hotel

It's a very good budget hotel to stay with family.
Positives
- Very close to bus and railway stations.
- Very close to pick up points for all major travel buses.
- Dedicated parking place even when it is at very prime location.
- We got hot water for entire family even at very early morning time.
- No nonsense room service
Suggestion :
Opt for AC room. Can easily accommodate 3 ppl if required.

Very Enjoyable experience

Aptly located, this hotel has excellent facilities. The rooms are very spacious and the proximity to the bus stand doesn't create any racket whatsoever. Cleanliness of the room and the room service can easily win you over. They even let me stay 5 hours beyond the check out time in my room without any fuss because I had my bus late. They even asked me to complete the payment before the checkout time so that I do not have to pay extra. Room service staff behave in a very friendly manner.

Comfortable stay.

Good enough. Room are big, I stayed here for 4 days. Rooms are big and with ample space to do your office work. No break fast is served but restaurant is just below with affordable price. Staff is lazy but front office team is good. they care for the guest. Room service for Veg/ Non veg is available with attractive pricing. Surprisingly the room has Tea/ Coffee maker. Same day laundry is also avbl.Bus stand and Railway station is close by.
If next time I visit Kolhapur will definitely like to stay at SAMRAT.
