Excellent accommodation.

This particular property fully corresponds to its price. Very close to the country of Paros, very clean and the host of Spyros ready to serve any need. I strongly recommend it.

Perfect Stay: Location and Hospitality

We had an amazing stay! The property is beautiful — brand new, spotless, and completely renovated — just a short 10-minute walk from the port.
Spyros, the owner, couldn’t have been more welcoming: friendly, helpful, and always available for anything we needed.
Our room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly want.
If you’re visiting the island, this is the place to stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Be careful!

Hi. We came back really scared from this place. When we arrived with my friend to the place, they put us in a Van with the driver and a lady with bad english. They took us far, to a complete new location telling us this was a better place. I checked the room, while my friend stayed on the street on a horrible and scary street. The room I was shown was on a top level place, in the middle of the hallway and NO lock on the door. We were so scared that left the place.The woman was angry and yelling to us. She was mad that I was on the phone with someone home the whole time and asked to stop my call. It was a horrible and scary situation. We payed for a place, and they took us to another diferente and not safe place. Be careful!!

Wonderful Stay at Magginas Studios

Loved this boutique hotel in the Livadia Beach area, just a 10 minute walk from the downtown Parikia area where the ferry docks. The entire hotel is recently remodeled. We stayed in Studio #4, which was a spacious two-room studio with a kitchen and a hob cooktop. The room was spotless, and the daily housekeeping service was great. The air conditioner was fantastic. The room had a beautiful terrace. Spyros was a great host and provided helpful and valuable information about the areas restaurants and beaches. He was quick to respond to our inquiries on Whatsapp. Spyros was happy to provide us with beach towels, which was much appreciated. There is a market a few minute walk from the hotel and an excellent cappuccino shop at the corner beachfront restaurant, which came in handy because the studio had a percolator coffee maker. Do not hesitate to book a studio at Magginas Studios.

Good address in Paros

Excellent stay at magginas studios.
Good location in Paprika near the sea and good restaurants. Studios very clean ,household made every day ,nicely decorated in Cycladic style.
