This is a very beautiful All Inclusive resort with very nice food, very friendly and helpful staff. The general manager lacked a little bit respect and friendliness when I tried to make him aware of the crowdedness in the dining room and no system in place to improve it, but only at the very beginning of the conversation, after that he was nice, listened and dealt appropriately with the matter.
Our room was perfectly okay for our 3 nights stay but it is not okay how dirty the floor was. We told the receptionist that the floor needed to be mopped and after that a cleaning lady came and washed the floor and everything was good then but I think the floors should always be spotless clean when new guests arrive without them having to go to receptionists and complain the cleanliness standard.
I still give full marks for this resort as I am confident all this will be 100 % improved and all future guests will benefit from us. And who knows - maybe one day we even return ourselves.

We had a good stay overall. The buffet restaurant was good and offered some variety, the staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel was clean. The beach area and the views were amazing. You need to pay for umbrellas and sunbeds, but otherwise, you can sit on the sand. The pools were good, although they were a bit smaller than they look in the photos.
The reason I’m not giving the hotel 4 stars is because of some other details and the overall experience. Our bed was uncomfortable. They only provide one small bottle of water per person in the room; after that, you need to buy water or drink the lukewarm water with a strange taste from their dispensers. The soda and “juice” from the dispensers were also really bad.
The cocktails, which were made with the same bad soda and contained very little alcohol, were disappointing. If you want a proper cocktail, you have to pay €7. If you like coffee, be prepared to pay €2.50 for a proper coffee in the lobby; otherwise, you have to drink the really bad filtered coffee.
There are also poorly maintained game facilities, such as a billiards table, table tennis, and air hockey, which you can use if you pay €2, of course. Besides the buffet restaurant, they have two other à la carte restaurants, but it was impossible for us to book a time at either of them.
I would definitely return to Corfu, but not to this hotel.

Overall a decent hotel, big positive is the local beaches. The food, especially the desserts in the main dining area was very good.
The drinks situation was however a massive disappointment. Drinks were given in a tiny plastic cup. I understand no glass outdoors, but a decent sized plastic glass would have been better. We are not big alcohol drinkers, but the few alcoholic drinks we did have tasted awful.
Rooms were on the small side but very clean and ours was modern. Staff were pleasant and the pool entertainment team always had something going on.
Gym was small and needed quite a few things fixing but overall was good enough for a workout.

We booked a 4-star hotel and got an old building with just a fresh coat of paint.
The rooms were dated, with heavy old curtains old dated towels, and insects were a real problem — everyone in our group was bitten. Sleeping near the pool area was a nightmare bitten by somthing on top of mosquitos.I’m still scratching myself!
Food quality was very poor and the drinks were awful. Entertainment was also disappointing — just bad singers over loud speakers.
The only positives were the helpful front desk team and a clean kitchen.
I would not recommend this if you expect true 4-star comfort and hygiene.

Breakfast is good, lunch is the same everyday, they need more creativity in the lunch menu, more seafood are welcome. The dinner is OK, not so special. Very difficult to book the others restaurants. Especial thank you for Joanna who made our stay and dinner at Olive restaurant special. The snacks near the main pool are good. They should have more staffs in the bar station as some time we need to wait in the queue to drink. They should add more umbrellas near the sunbeds as the current are not enough. The rooms are very good and comfortable, parking space is small. They request €10 in cash for each beach towels and they return it in the end.
