Greeted by the owner. Check in was quick and he gave enough information about the area.
Room was clean, kitchenette was satisfactory.
Perfect location for the beach and going in to town.

Tough staircase

Constantinos studios are well located in Nea Chora. It is a short walk to the beach and all beach taverns as well as to bakery and small Supermarket. It is also possible to walk to major supermarkets and Chania city centre. The kitchen equipment was the one that seems to be standard, but the breakfast nook was in the least. The beds were large and comfortable. Constantino’s studios are located in a block of flats and the staircase is of the usual Greek type, that is, difficult, not least for those who have difficulty walking. There's an elevator, but it was off. Constantinos himself is a nice man who speaks excellent English and is happy to talk to his guests. He was also helpful in carrying the bags upside down.

Very pleasant stay

Very pleasant stay the owner was very nice and helpful..
A beautiful family town, very convenient, with easy getting around, shopping,ànd nice restaurants.,bàkerys,and banks..
I highly recommend Pikinas studios.
Especially if you are traveling,the airport is very near..
