Small family trip in nature

We recently experienced a wonderful family celebration at the Laasenhof. The location is just perfect for getting away from it all, and the small hike through the surrounding nature was a highlight for young and old. The atmosphere on the farm was warm, the food delicious and fresh. We felt completely in good hands. The Laasenhof offers the ideal combination of peace, nature and hospitality – absolutely recommended for family celebrations!

Nice but still air up at the price

Postive:
Breakfast buffet very good, great selection, nice service - everything was great!
Location and view fantastic!
We had the tower guard with 3 people
Cons:
Beds are very noisy and uncomfortable, just turning into bed. Seating area and coffee making area very small! Equipment very cheap!
Cleaning unkempt! Lady on our arrival at reception very unfriendly!
Dinner always the same - 5 main courses, every evening, as on the website!

Worst resort we have ever visited.

NEVER AGAIN. Unfriendly, no service, no information. Everything was very clean and the external physiotherapist was fantastic. But the rest of it all, from the key handover, the breakfast buffet, no possibility for guests to have dinner in the resort's own restaurant, lots of extra costs on site. All in all a disappointment and a disaster.
The location is fantastic and the bungalow is very small but friendly, bright and clean.

We arrived by train which was less than ideal as it is up a steep hill. Best to come by car. Having arrived there it was an ideal retreat and handy for a visit to the Bastion Bridge.
Also has great views over Saxony Switzerland.

It’s ok, as described, needs more staff

The rooms are as shown in the pictures but they are small. We had an apartment and I would say they are compact similar to a caravan.
It has a pretty setting, sadly the weather was not great so the pool was closed which was disappointing.
Staff were lovely and friendly, but they were obviously not enough so slow service and those that were there were not really able to advise on the local area.
We did have a meal which was nice.
In general it’s ok
