Very comfortable, no frills stay.

I booked a balcony room and stayed 5 nights.
Good location, easy to walk into old town, and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the area
Hotel had a nice relaxed atmospheres, little fuss. Staff were helpful but left you to your own devices most of the time, which suited me.
Facilities as expected from this grade hotel.
Room had everything you needed ( no fridge though) Don't expect any real services. Room very comfortable and quiet. Would recommend for a no frills, very comfortable stay.

The room was very clean and when we asked for extra sheets, this wasn't a problem. There were a couple of places closeby which were great to eat at and the breakfast there was much cheaper than at the hotel.
The air conditioning worked but was very noisy - it sounded like a flushing toilet throughout the night. The room for 3 of us was quite small and the third bed was a sofa bed which was a bit small for our teenage daughter.
Other people have mentioned the odd arrangement with one door for both the toilet and the shower, but we managed this ok.
The hotel are working hard to be eco friendly which I liked.

Perfect location
Noisy room because restaurant terrace stays open until 23hr (and beyond)
Hallway noises too

Cool boutique vibes. Nice breakfast. Parking as well, but oh boy, it will put your parallel parking to the test.

a good, affordable hotel to stay in munich. room is very basic but clean and comfortable. the bathroom door is a bit weird as other reviewers pointed out, but we really didn’t find it an issue with it lol. the A/C is hands down the best part… we were very grateful to have it. it’s also extremely close to tons of restaurants, cafes and the train. we were able to walk and take the train anywhere we needed to go. would absolutely stay again!
