A vacation that simply did us good.
As always, it was a wonderful stay at ROBINSON Fleesensee. We particularly liked the new indoor pool and the versatile sports program – everyone really finds something here.
What we always appreciate about ROBINSON is the opportunity to meet real experts from very different fields on-site. This time we made increased use of the wellness offers and were especially thrilled by the osteopathic treatment with Andreas Grix. He is truly a master of his craft – incredibly competent, attentive, and with a special instinct for where the causes of ailments lie. He helped us all a lot and thus made our stay even more special.
Many thanks to the entire ROBINSON Fleesensee team for the lovely time. We felt completely comfortable again and will definitely be back!

Pros and cons
Great praise to the Wellfit team. Both sports and spa.
Praise also for the service staff, who were mostly very attentive. Sometimes a bit too fast, so that glasses and plates were cleared away that one still wanted to use.
At the clearing station where we usually sat, they were mostly very careful and quiet with the dishes.
We liked the newly designed restaurant.

Unfortunately, in the family rooms (although there would be space), there is only a fold-out couch in one of the rooms. This is already quite old, saggy, and squeaks with every movement. Therefore, the children (11 + 13) unfortunately did not sleep very well.
In addition, bedside tables and reading lamps were missing in the children's room.
Since the rooms are painted very dark colors, it is also very dark in the rooms, even when the sun is shining in.
It would be great if there were decaf espresso at the coffee machines. I have already been to hotels where that is the case.
For breakfast, I would have liked avocado and more dark bread.
Dinner at 7:30 PM is definitely too late. Other guests we spoke with felt the same way. Furthermore, lining up and the rush for a suitable table is total stress.
We would like to see volleyball activities for kids 12 and up outside of the Robbie Club!
Late check-out was not communicated, so staff stood in the room uninvited twice despite a 'Do Not Disturb' sign.
Washing machines and drying facilities in the building would be desirable.
The desserts were almost consistently much too sweet. They should cut back on the sugar here.
I would like to see cookies more often. The chocolate and hazelnut cookies were excellent!
Even though golf and tennis must be booked separately, it would be desirable for new customers to receive appropriate instruction on all procedures, for this knowledge not to be assumed, and for one to receive a friendly answer when asking questions instead of being annoyed and portrayed as ignorant.
Apart from the exterior appearance and acoustics, the new swimming pool is good.
Unfortunately, the previously appreciated view from the room window was marred by the large, white block.

Never again Robinson
over the course of 40 years in many Robinson clubs...
9 days Robinson Fleesensee - Grandparents with children and 3 grandchildren (7 persons)
First, the positive:
1. nice big rooms (only in the new building), 2. very good SPA, 3. great big indoor pool... that was it.
Negative:
füchterliche restaurant situation, too small for so many guests, very poorly organized or presented and far too loud.
Reception was not a reception but an expulsion !
Our children were after 6 hours Ride already about 13:00 at the club... were only allowed to go to the toilet and then had to leave the club grounds, despite heavy rain !!!
Who's going to do that?
Robinson is no longer bookable for us.

A one-time experience, no peace.
The staff is very friendly. Overall, it is not a place for couples. Many families and very loud entertainment and poor acoustics in the indoor pool/lobby/restaurant. Mass processing at a good cafeteria level. Few outdoor seats. Chipped dishes/ salt and pepper shakers need a deep cleaning. No seat cushions on the garden chairs. No hotel slippers, no lotion, no cosmetic products in the rooms. Rambunctious kids in the hallways even after 10:00 PM. 20% discount on golf only when booking at the hotel.

Price and performance no longer consistent
We have been to the Robinson Club Fleesensee several times. The club is, of course, not to be compared with other Robinson Clubs abroad. We were always aware of that, and we accepted the compromises. However, this stay was probably the last one for a very long time for us, as the price-performance ratio simply no longer fits at all.
Reception: You often had the feeling that you were a nuisance and were supposed to find solutions yourself. You had to insistently ask or remind them to contact the appropriate person, then it was partially taken care of (turning on the soccer in the TV area, mattress toppers for the room were forgotten multiple times). Upon departure, not once was it asked how we liked our stay for any of the three rooms.
Food: The quality of the food has decreased drastically compared to previous years (appetizers less high-quality, lots of pork and turkey/chicken, the same bratwurst for 2 days, boring pasta dishes, hardly any different desserts). When you look forward to eating at home, that says a lot. But the worst part was the situation in the evening before dinner and at the buffet. You were forced to stand in front of the locked door as early as 7:20 PM to get a seat when it opened. At 7:30 PM, people streamed toward the tables, some even running. After that, lines formed at the buffet like in a large cafeteria, and the noise level was extreme. By 8:50 PM, the remaining food was only being kept warm, and the show cooking had all but stopped. Since it was so crowded in the evening, the floor in the buffet area (especially by the dessert) was already partially littered with dropped food. You then had that on your shoes. The club manager was on-site at the door opening on a few evenings and apparently is not drawing any consequences from the situation. People seemed stressed in the evening about lining up properly, and children were overlooked in the food lines.
Room: Room cleaning now only occurs every 3 days or if you let them know. We were given a room on the ground floor and as a result had the full blast of music from the bar every evening until 12:30 AM. We tried to change rooms, but this was not possible due to occupancy. Running in the hallway and other loud teenagers made a little peace and quiet in the room in the evening impossible. If one had traveled with a baby, one would have had a big problem.
In conclusion, we would say that the Robinson Club Fleesensee does not motivate one to get to know other Robinson Clubs. We have already been to five other Robinson Clubs and cannot understand that Robinson Fleesensee allows such a contrast.
