Beautiful chateau, great service!

We had a lovely stay at Château de Sancy and only wish we could have stayed longer! The room was wonderful—full of the classic, authentic charm you’d expect from an old period château. Check-in was an absolute breeze, but what truly made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality.
After a grueling 9-hour journey, we arrived just after the pool had closed. The owner kindly noticed how much we needed a cool down and offered to keep the pool open late just for us to enjoy. It was such a thoughtful gesture and so deeply appreciated after a long drive. Highly recommended!

The bedroom was spacious with luxurious towels.
A robe and swimming towel was provided for the pool, which was functional, but rather unloved much like to chateau itself (it needs a bit of love).

Beautiful chateau with air conditioning in our room. Refreshing pool. Very helpful staff. Only 20 minutes from Disney .

Hotel Sancy

Hotel worthy of a horror movie, I didn’t sleep all night.
No staff at night and very vintage.
Holes under the carpet, walls dressed with fabric and on top of that not very clean.

Poor value of the money

Depending on the expectations you might like such hotels…or not. Defiantly not my style of hotel, especially for €135 per night (incl breakfast). Rooms very are outdated, dead flies on the windows, soft bed, hardly no hot water in the shower, completely calcified shower head. Maybe very French style, but price quality is out of balance. Staff were friendly and helpful.
