Quiet stay , staff and officials to care. All good memories.

4 nights half board ( dinner ) and breakfast . In group , to enjoy the Christmas markets. Warm welcome, restaurant at the top , service worthy of a 3 *.

Dishonest...

No hot water on December 22nd to wash, forced to take a cold shower. The hoteliers tell me first of all that there is a machine that consumes a lot of water and then nobody at the reception after 10pm. The next morning, I was told that "there are many people in the hotel, it is normal that not everyone can have hot water in the evening". This reasoning is simply shameful, not to mention that the price of the room is almost 100 euros. To which I am told that no one else complained, implying that I am a pain in the ass. No move or nothing. Following a request for compensation on Booking, the hotelier refused to acknowledge that there was no hot water. Just dishonest...

Disappointed by the reception at this hotel

We stayed 3 days in this beautiful hotel very typical of the region. Nevertheless, there are a few things to improve, one of which I think is very important: the friendliness of the staff. Not a hello. Not a smile.
Moreover, the decor of the rooms deserves a refreshment, however, very good bedding

Comfort of bedding, nice food service and breakfast. Bemol on night noise Windows to renovate

Beautiful welcome, impeccable room very comfortable bed, soundproofing side parking to renovate, good evening meal and very complete breakfast. The staff is at the little care of the customer the only downside is the night noise of the street and doors slammed.

Good transit hotel. Price quality good.

We stayed here for one night on our way back from the south. This hotel is ideal for this. Large parking lot, close to the highway but quiet in Alsace, good breakfast, dinner was local and highly recommended. Friendly staff. We even got a bigger room so that the third person could sleep separately. It is an outdated hotel, but everything was there and it was clean. Price quality good.
