1 Star – Avoid at All Costs
NEVER EVER book this place. It completely ruined my holiday.
The rooms were filthy when I arrived. There was dust everywhere, even inside the closets, and the furniture was old and the room literally falling apart. The bathrooms and showers were disgusting!!! dirty, poorly maintained, with broken tiles falling off the walls. It felt more like an abandoned building than accommodation for paying guests.
This is clearly student accommodation that they rent out to unsuspecting tourists during the summer. The listing is misleading. They advertise air conditioning, but there isn’t any. Instead, they expect you to pay a €20 deposit for a tiny fan that does absolutely nothing to cool the room. The heat inside was unbearable, making it almost impossible to sleep.
When I complained, they refused to issue a refund and made the whole process unnecessarily difficult. There was no willingness to resolve the situation or take responsibility for the misleading information and terrible conditions.
Save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment. There are plenty of better places to stay in Split. This place is misleading, poorly maintained, and not worth the price. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone. Extremly rude staff too.

Disastrous
I don't give it 0 stars because I can't. My group of friends and I stayed at the place during Ultra. The first thing is that the price is exorbitant for what they offer; the sheets were yellow, the floors dirty, the towels had curious stains, and in general the stay left a lot to be desired. That's just about the rooms, but we stayed on the 7th floor and the showers couldn't be more disgusting, with hair, Band-Aids, limescale,... Anyway. Finally, after racking our brains to see where we could shower (because it really was disgusting) we found another shower on another floor that was quite decent and we were finally able to shower, mind you, not everything could be good because those showers flooded and the water came out all over the bathroom, which if you ask me, doesn't seem ideal to me. The problem is that on the first 4 floors, our neighbors found cockroaches, thankfully they were climbing the floors slowly and hadn't reached the seventh yet. In summary: A circus.

Welcome to hell
Not cheap enough for selling your soul . Horrific, just horrific. NO AC, I repeat, no AC!! Just AC in the reception. 45 DEGREES IN THE ROOM, HOTTER IN THE ROOM THAN OUTSIDE. We lived in a sauna. A former school building turned into a nightmare

If u want to sleep at night, dont come here.
The rooms are ok, but i would not reccomend anyone to come here because in summer the rooms get up to 30 degrees celcius, there is no airconditioning or fans in the rooms. Its impossible to sleep in these conditions. I do not reccomend to stay here at all.

Very budget
We stayed for 3 nights, chosen as it was the cheapest hotel, so expected basic.
The floor was dirty, the air con unit continuously leaked on the floor and the shower ran yellow. We had to use a brush from the cupboard in the corridor to clean the hair and mess on the floor and used our towels for the water.
The bed was comfy and there was plenty of clothing storage.
We knew it would be basic, and booked it only to sleep in as we’d spend most hours out in the town exploring, but didn’t expect it to be so dirty.
