super recommended!!

I loved this place. from the hostess, a genius! she speaks German and Croatian. me, Spanish and English. so and everything felt super welcome. the only one against me would say q are the stairs for the bags but after several days in dubrovnik I understood that there is no way.. everything is with stairs. the rest all great, room with kitchen, super bright. the spectacular bathroom. super quiet. the rest good. really spent a few days where I almost preferred to rest in the room.

Beautiful location. Apartment in excellent condition. Clean and tidy.
Ivanka is a sweet, helpful woman.
Don't book expensive airport transfers. Ivanka's son delivers and collects for a fee.

Un gioiellino a 2 passi dal Palazzo di Diocleziano

Rientro da un paio di giorni a Spalato super soddisfatta della scelta di questo appartamento.
Lo stabile è sito in una via pedonale, alberata e pittoresca appena a 2 min dalla piazza più famosa di Spalato e dal suo ricco mercato.
Sono un agente di viaggio e devo riconoscere che la pulizia e la disponibilità della padrona di casa sono state il top!
L'appartamento disponeva di tutto, asciugacapelli... tutto il necessario per il bagno, tutti gli accessori per la cucina anche i più particolari..ahimè non dispone di fornetto a microonde, ma poco importa.
L' appartamento offre il servizio di custodia bagagli, anche se non viene menzionato, basta chiedere ed è gratuito, così come la possibilità di restare, previa disponibilità qualche ora in più.
A fare assistenza vi è il figlio della padrona di casa, il quale parla fluentemente inglese e per ogni evenienza lascia il suo num di cellullare.
Ottima scelta. Lo consiglio e ci ritornerei volentieri.
