Highpoint of our Holiday

We stayed in a 4 bed chalet. Very well fitted out with full kitchen, AC, BBQ, fire pit, washing machine & dryer. We used it as a base to visit Lake Maligne. Saw grizzlies, elk, deer, marmots, moose & caught 8 brook trout & 3 rainbows fishing. Bbq’d our quota of 4. The bistro is good but we mainly catered for ourselves.

An amazing rustic style cabin in a beautiful location

We really loved the location and the cabin. The bed was super comfy and the best of our trip. We could wander along the front of the property and admire the river; we had cooking facilities and managed to bbq steak for dinner one night.
Try the onsite restaurant - Kumama. Excellent meal though service is fast so if you like a slower service make sure you tell them upfront.

Wonderful stay!

We recently stayed at pine bungalows in jasper and it was the absolute best! We stayed at the lodge and our room was just perfect for my husband and I. We were greeted by Tessa at reception and she gave us a warm welcome. The room was immaculate and the beds and bedding were awesome. The property is pristine and backs onto the Athabasca river. Gorgeous views and soooooo peaceful. Highly recommend.

Staff were very helpful on arrival, we had a welcome drink. The bungalow was lovely and clean, you get a bag of logs for the fire for free and then if you need more there is a payment but the one bag lasted us the 3 nights anyway.
For the kids there is a cute little treasure hunt, which my son loved.
There is a small fridge in the room and some cups for coffee etc if there was anything that I would say about this property is that it would of been handy just to have a couple of plates and knifes and forks. I do believe the ones with the kitchens do get this and mine wasn't a kitchen one, however I did go to reception and was given some parser plates and wooden knives and forks.

Brilliant get away from it all

Brilliant get away from it all experience . This place left such a happy impression. We loved our little bungalow, and the back to nature vibe. The bungalow was basic- but clean, tidy and comfortable. The fire pits and communal areas are lovely. Whilst not the smartest hotel, it’s so welcoming and friendly- and really does afford the opportunity to disconnect from the outside world. Wonderful wildlife and outdoor experiences on your doorstep. Would totally recommend
