The front desk staff is friendly and responds quickly. The breakfast is good, but the menu is the same every day. The shower room does not dry quickly after use. We really enjoyed the time we spent there

Shower in the morning was luke warm. Average, slightly run down decor. Bed was comfortable. Buffet was awful.

This hotel is fantastic. It's easy to get to, with a lot of tram services nearby, making it convenient to get into the CBD of Melbourne city as well as St Kilda and other suburbs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus the self serve breakfast is highly recommended. I hope to stay there again in the future.
