Turned into a threatening situation - do not stay here!!!

As a woman, I strongly warn others to avoid this place! I felt unsafe and humiliated at this hotel by the owner, Arsen. I was accompanying a friend who was staying there when the owner behaved aggressively as soon as I entered the space, refused to communicate respectfully, and made false and deeply inappropriate accusations about me and my personal life. Instead of handling the situation professionally and engaging in a dialogue, he chose to insult and intimidate me, yelling and being extremely rude, pointing his finger at my face and yelling that I should get out. He also threatened to use physical force.
Such a shame.
I have travelled a lot in my life, and this hotel experience hits the worst for me. I strongly recommend other travelers, especially women, to be careful and stay away from this hotel.

Terrible Owner – Severe Security and Safety Risk! Absolute Nightmare Experience!

I booked this hotel for two nights, and this absolute nightmare occurred on the very first night. This place is absolutely not safe, and for your own personal safety and peace of mind, you should avoid taking the risk of staying here.
My friend and I arrived late on the weekend, and to our shock, the hotel owner blocked our entry. When we asked for a reason and tried to have a rational conversation, things escalated in the most bizarre way. I was entirely ready to resolve any misunderstanding regarding hotel policies—even though I fail to understand why one must be interrogated just for having a guest—but this individual, whose name is Arsen, completely shifted the issue by screaming, acting aggressively, and insulting us.
The most unbelievable and shameful part was when he directly assaulted my dear friend with highly offensive, derogatory language and vile personal slander, making completely unacceptable accusations about her character. To justify this disgusting defamation, he claimed he had seen her at this hotel with another man two months ago. This is a complete fabrication; my friend permanently resides in Austria, was not even in Yerevan at that time, and this was her first trip here in over a year!
I demanded that he apologize for this massive insult, but he repeatedly evaded responsibility, hiding behind the excuse of "I speak very bad English" to escape the situation. I told him that I would review this catastrophic behavior on Booking.com and Google, to which he replied with utter indifference and arrogance: "Do whatever you want, I don’t care." It is worth noting that by his own admission, he manages another location nearby called Palada Hotel, so please be extremely careful with his management style.
Due to this unbearable and tense situation, I officially requested to check out immediately on that very first night and demanded a refund for the second night. However, he completely refused to cooperate, gave no refund, and again pretended not to understand English just to avoid his financial and professional responsibility. Out of sheer frustration and for our own safety, we left the hotel that night and only returned the next day to pack my bags and permanently leave. This individual is unstable, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. Please, do not risk your safety by booking here.
