It was amazing !! I recommend!
Hello. I went to Orb inn hotel for my vacation during July and it was such an incredible experience. The view is amazing, the rooms are really clean with a balcony view of the sea. It is really pet friendly and the staff is really kind. The food is very good and overall the whole experience at this hotel was just incredible. I totally recommend!

For a romantic evening in the garden.
The hotel is intended for self-drivers (or to be reached by taxi). Because it is far away from the port of Sarandë on the other side of the bay. The spots to enter the access road must be searched for, and the road to the hotel still needs improvement. On-site, there are plenty of parking spaces, and the greeting is friendly. The hotel is situated on a large rock and has a spacious, cozy garden with the best view of the sunset. This makes it very popular among lovers (for marriage proposals) and celebrants (for birthday parties). A large staircase leads to the pebble beach where one can go directly into the sea. The breakfast buffet is abundantly large.
The hotel was not in good condition. Various defects (taped door handles, broken soap dish) and various dirty marks (large stains on the carpet, cobwebs in the lobby, no floor cleaning by room service) are noticeable. And it was only the pre-season. At this time, a hotel should be prepared for a large influx! The restaurant has a limited selection of dishes and is only suitable for snack provisions. For a varied main meal (lunch and dinner), one relies on transportation to the city. The celebrations that take place are normal. However, the announced quiet hours starting at midnight should be enforced. On the last night, two men chatted drunkenly in the garden until late at night, one of whom belonged to the hotel. The hotel does not offer loungers and umbrellas for rent for the beach.

Unfortunately, our holiday was ruined
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at Orb Inn.
After eating breakfast at the property, I became severely ill and an ambulance had to be called. I was taken to the hospital for treatment. My fiancée also developed severe stomach pain the following night and required medical attention. For more than a week afterwards, my digestive system remained extremely sensitive and for several days I could barely eat anything other than yogurt, bananas and light food.
The room also smelled strongly of sewage every morning, usually until around 11 a.m. The road to the property was full of garbage and there were stray dogs along the way.
What disappointed me even more was how everything was handled afterwards. Instead of showing concern, the property accused me of lying about what happened. after giving them a review and asked for a partial refund they asked me: “Will this be the deal to remove the review or what?” Later they wrote “so we will refund, and what is your reward on your side? what deal is going to be?” and asked whether I would take the refund while leaving my review online.
I refused to negotiate my review and their final response was to tell me to “grow up, move forward, and start enjoying life.”
We actually really liked the place on our first day and were even considering extending our stay, which makes the whole experience even more disappointing.
Based on both what happened during our stay and the way we were treated afterwards, I cannot recommend this property and would never return.

Simply wonderful
We stayed a week at this wonderfully located hotel!
From start to finish an absolutely pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and always helpful – you really feel welcome here! All staff always had a smile on their lips and were immediately available if they had any questions or requests. You rarely experience so much warmth.
We would love to come back and can recommend this place without restriction!
