The Warsaw Uprising museum is an amazing look into the struggles the polish people endured during WWII. It showcases the allies who helped them with weapons drops and humanitarian relief. It has many former planes, military equipment, uniforms and weapons. It is an interactive museum that offers a voice tour for a little extra money. There are also old videos of footage captured during the time. It is a must do!

The Warsaw Uprising Museum provides a heartbreaking insight into how the Polish people lived under occupation. It is an interactive museum with photographs, recordings, and films. In front is a dedicated monument to the Polish people who rose up to fight in 1944. Admission is free on Sundays.

Interesting and a lot of history however was a little confusing to follow. Very in depth and interactive.

A tribute to Poland's remarkable history of freedom and resistance. Unique in the world in documenting how this few achieved this much against this many.

The Warsaw Uprising Museum is not huge, but it packs a punch. What most don't know about the Warsaw Uprising of 1944 is that it was largely a failure. Many of the uprisers perished in the ruins of Warsaw, but they did it in the name of their city, and their memory is well-preserved in the sights and sounds of the museum. Be sure to check out the documentary that runs in the museum's small theatre. It's a 3D aerial flight over the city after the end of the Uprising. You'll be flabbergasted by what Warsaw looked like.

The museum is very well organized and tells the story very well of a city that bonded together. Being in The Uprising Museum made me feel something special for the Polish people as I learned more about their passion, culture and lives.

This museum was really interesting and full of all kinds in a huge space, so give yourself a lot of time to go around. My favourite part was the 'heart' in the center which beat in remembrance of those who died in the Warsaw Uprising. It's quite shocking how devastated it is in the photographs to how much has been built up now, but it is still quite a depressing city.

The museum was good, learned so much more about history than in history classes! There was lots to do and experience, not only stuff to read about.

This was the one place in Warsaw I wanted to visit when prepping my trip, more than Stare Miasto or Lazienki Park. It didn't disappoint. There's always a feeling of sadness and maybe even anger when you visit such places but what stood out most to me was the palpable feeling of pride in the people there. I got to talk a little bit to the staff and they told me the museum draws most of its visitors from Poles from the provinces, people who probably come to Warsaw maybe once or twice in their lifetime and this place is a sort of pilgrimage to what it means to be a Pole.
