Well, eat me raw and suck me off...fresh raw oysters for $1.50 each?! Beer pints for $5? We're in! Low Tide (Happy Hour) is from 3 PM-6 PM here, and they got some goodies on the menu. In addition to the dozen oysters we sucked off, we also ordered the mussels with butter and garlic sauce. Oh my gosh! I could have eaten that sauce with just the bread alone, it was sooooo good! The mussels here were just as fresh and tasty. This is a must-order on the menu. We also tried the scallop gallete, which didn't end up being what I thought it was, but that was also good. It was pretty much pan fried scallops with some greens. It's hard not to be a glutton here since their menu had a lot of appealing offerings. If that's not enough: Ladies, they have an all male cast here, so feel free to sit at the bar with all the other women. They won't bite...I think.

Great food and good atmosphere. The oysters that they're famous for are rightfully so.

Happy Hour, or ‘Low Tide’ at Rodney’s is 3-6pm Monday to Saturday which is an extra hour longer than most other restaurants. Like their namesake, the oysters are their specialty and during low tide they’re $1.50 a piece. Grab a dozen and a drink and settle in.

Rodney's Oyster House has a number of locations in Canada. While they all feature seafood, the menus are not identical, but so far, I've found them all delicious.

Love Rodney's! Their oysters are obviously great with all of their in house sauces. The caesars are also to die for.
