bowel and taking one of their healthy juices! Although fresh juice is abundant in Medellin generally Colombians put a lot of sugar in the juices here everything is natural so if you have a sweet tooth ask for a little honey.

coworking space that I used a few times. It was the same thing. I think I spent more time talking to other than actually working. It's great for networking, not so great for actual working unless you bring your headphones/ earplugs. They also organize lot's of events so be sure to check out their notice board.

Many people prefer to look forward and not to talk of the past. But for me, I really wanted to know more about the history and just what happened in this city I fell in love with. Visiting this museum was a really moving experience for me, it's full of sadness but also hope. If you want to know more about the history of the city then visit here.

tour. Although you can just take public transport and wander around yourself without taking a tour you will be missing out on all of the history and information. The story of Communal 13 is both tragic, moving and inspirational. Take the tour, see the art, listen to the stories and then tell others.
