Delicious soups, fresh ingredients, great variety of tastes, perfect place for a cold winter afternoon or simply a quick lunch while exploring the city. Some may consider it a tad overpriced, but good soup is good soup and the closest competition is not any cheaper, so you will see it busy most of the time. The soups are well spiced and home-made, the place is nice and cozy, I must say the atmosphere is a bit hipsterish, which I’m personally a fan of. Last but not least the quality, of course, is excellent.

This small restaurant has a nice menu made up almost entirely of soups. They do have some sandwiches options, but I'd definitely recommend the soups above these. The interior is on the small side being spread over two floors, but this just adds to the cosy feel of the place. There are both vegetarian and meat options offered on the menu, which I think is always changing and being updated.

Playa de Gandia

In the downtown area is this place that sells soups, sandwiches and salads. One chooses who wants to eat, pays for it and then enjoys the food in the room they have. The soup rations are very plentiful and if not the sandwich option and a salad is fine to fill up. The price is low, for 10 euros two people eat quietly. And the best thing is that everything is very healthy, even the sandwiches are made with wholemeal bread.

Madrid

A few blocks from the church of Alexander Nevsky is this place where his specialty is soups. Since we are in the middle of European summer, we have preferred not to drink something hot but to opt for the other options they had. We chose a pasta salad, dried tomatoes and mozzarella and a cheese and zuccini sandwich. Everything was great, you could tell that the products were super fresh and the price was much better: 10 levies each (€ 5). The beautiful place, the girls that attend explain you in English and very nice. To recommend!
