Ion mall has it all from good foods to trendy outfits from different popular boutiques. What I really like about Ion mall is the distinct smell that allures you to where it is coming from. The smell actually relaxes me and whenever I stroll around the mall, I just enjoy window shopping, trying out different resto, and having a nice day out. Beware there are many shoppers around. Sometimes they are too many and it's irritating, but you can enjoy the outside mall too and sit around benches. If you happen to pass by in dawn, there are many birds around orchard road that chirps and gives you the nature-ish ambiance.

Everything from budget to luxury. Lots of shops and eateries to suit all budgets. The local food at the basement food court here is quite good and there is a wide range of restaurants on the upper floors. Go to ION Sky on the 55th floor for a panoramic view of the city. Access is via a 4th floor gallery. Ask the concierge for directions as this is a large building with several sections.

Honestly my least favorite mall because of the layout it's very easy to get lost inside ion. Most of the people are from the first basement to the third basement because that's where the non-luxury stores are. From the first level up that's where the luxury brands are. Ion has multiple link walkways to the other models around the area. Also, if you've visited ion often enough, you will notice that there is an interesting smell that only the small has. I think they have a special perfume that they inject out through the vents to achieve this. You won't really be able to smell it from the basement areas where most of the mass merchandise are but if you go to the second or third floor of the mall you'll know what I'm talking about. There's also a really interesting mirror waterfall art installation on the first floor just beside the tea shop

Another free panoramic view of the city can be had at the 56th floor of ION Orchard. High above all the luxury shopping retail outlets and the prime residences, use one of the several telescopes available to get close-up views of the streets and buildings around - they provide augmented reality too.

An upscale yet big mall at one of the busiest shopping districts in Singapore. The mall is comfort and I especially love its digital map facilitiy. For a non-shopaholic, there are Ion Art Gllery and Ion Sky inside the mall which are free and cool.

The mall's upper levels only have high Street fashion brands. But its great for window shopping. The basements have some other stores and a bunch of restaurants and food stalls (there's a food court). One of the basements is also the underground station for Orchard MRT stop.

A sub-terrain labyrinth of all things shiny, glitzy & commercial! A shoppers paradise with a surprise around every corner but don't presume to know your way around, it's a maze down there & when you surface it could be on any of 4 street corners - good luck & very happy shopping.

Ion orchard is most busy and famous shopping centre in Singapore. Here you can see many tourists from all over the world. IT products is cheaper than Malaysia. Window shopping is just fun and enjoy even though you are not going to buy anything.

One of the best malls in Singapore, located just at the heart of Orchard. Love the design and lots of food options especially Japanese food.

The latest and greatest addition to the Orchard Road shopping scene. A nice collection of high end boutiques in an attractive modern setting. Despite the great architecture, somehow it fails to have a soul. I prefer Paragon, Mandarin Gallery, Tangs, or Club 21.

Extraordinary-looking mall that is now the Luxe HQ for Orchard. Also many sub-ground level floors full of eating places. Easy to get lost.
