environs. Go in the early evening and watch the city transform into a glittering jewelry box of coruscating light, and imagine the 10 million lives going on at your feet. Stop at the gift shop for a souvenir, have a bite to eat at one of the restaurants and make your way to the chairlift to descend back into the streets of Seoul, where you look up at the tower and wonder who is looking down.

Enjoyed the cable car ride up and seeing Seoul city from a bird's eye view although it can be really crowded.

Beautiful way to see the expansive reach of Seoul! You can either walk up or grab the cable car. It’s excellent at night.

When I went to the tower they were filming a Korean drama which was super fun to watch! This tower offers a beautiful view of the city, a definite must see in Seoul!

Great place to go for a beautiful view of the city. You can either hike up Namsan or take the cable car up to get to the tower.

To be honest, it's like the Seattle Space Needle or the Empire State Building. You get a good view of Seoul, and a unique gift shop. The tower is also known for its Locks of Love, which I think a bit cheesy, haha. The walk up is so hard, and the cable car usually has a wait of 2hrs.

Being claimed as one of the most romantic place in the city, Seoul N Tower attracts so many visitors, which are mostly the couple and especially, of course for declaring their love by locking it at the designated place around the tower. Need not worry for those who are not in romantic mood because Seoul N Tower offers more than that. As for me, the most pleasing of being around the tower is the awesome round view of Seoul's city from above.

Amazing view!!! The lines were a bit too long though, you have to wait to ride the elevator up and then wait to ride the elevator down. Before you go to the top, the employees take a picture of you in front of a green screen and then photoshop it to look like you are at the top of the tower. If you like the picture, you can choose to buy it. The tower itself is very pretty. At the base, there is a place where couples can place locks to symbolize everlasting love. If you don't bring your own lock, you can buy one at the gift shop.

A giant tower that glows at night. Already pretty cool. Also a great place for couples to visit, as you can put locks on fences and write messages on them. Although I only went to the base of the tower, it still offers some great views from the bottom as well. If you don't want to climb, there's a cable car that you can take. There's also food and shops there, so it's a nice place to visit.

This was the first pinpoint of my travel adventures and I was not disappointed. The view is amazing and all the nearby attractions are also worthwhile. Great for couples who want to make their day a little more romantic by adding a lock with their initials to the gate.

Lots of tourists. If you go alone like I did it can be lonely. There are two museums you can view that are similar to the trick eye museum. Hope you have a camera stand. It was still really enjoy.

Visiting N tower was a great way to take in Seoul's amazing landscape. You can literally view all of soul from the observatory deck. It does cost extra to go to the very top of the tower, but the view is amazing. I recommend going just before the sun sets so that you can see the city with daylight and at night.

Their famous landmark here in Seoul where every couple desires to take a peek, I finally reached you. It was a long walkathon just to reach its top but definitely worth every step cause there's no such mesmerizing view as this.

It's one of the best place to see the night view of the city. You can see the skyline, river, and nearby mountains. Cable car to the tower is available.

N.Tower is also called "love tower" thousands of couples come together to walk up to the gondola tour to the top. Once atop couples can make their mark and solidify their love with lockets and send postcards on the tower to send love

It's quite a hike to get to the N Seoul tower. From a specific checkpoint, you need to take a bus going up - taxis are not permitted. From the drop off zone, you need to hike up to the main area! There are restaurants, shops, and ticket booths. From the time we went, there was an Alive museum exhibit and 2 of my friends went and enjoyed their time there. Afterwards, we all headed up to the tower! There are restos and shops inside the tower, too; so you can eat while enjoying the view! Haha! If you wanna go to the top part of the tower, they said you need to file a reservation for it first. :/

Local from Seoul

No visit to Seoul is complete without a trip up to Namsan Tower. I bring all of my out-of-town guests here. It's hard to comprehend just how sprawling a city Seoul is until you get high above it. Go in the late afternoon so you can see the sunset from the top. Head out earlier in the day and even bring a picnic lunch if you want to explore the trails in the woods on all sides of the mountain. If you're adventurous, it's possible to find some peace, privacy and green space on the mountain, right in the middle of the city.
