A great place for lunch in Santiago. Delicious "completos" and churrasco sandwich, and of course cold beer!

Only ordered the sandwich because it was so massive. Tasted amazing. Are it with fork and knife. Would have loved to ate the whole thing but couldn't.

Sandwiches here are huge and delicious but a bit expensive compared to some other places around (La Terraza for example). It is a nice way to start on trying the chilean sandwiches, with avocado or chucrute (coleslaw). Take note of this: "Completo" = sandwich with everything they have but no avocado. "Italiano" = sandwich with mayo, AVOCADO, tomato and the meat you choose. Besides, unless you have chosen hamburguer or vienesas, churrasco, lomo and ave comes into chunks.

Although this restaurant is known for its lomitos (a pork sandwich), their completos are also a must. The place is over 50 years old and it still keeps its charm. Sit at the bar, order an italiano (a hot dog with avocado, tomato and mayonnaise) and a glass of the house's beer and enjoy! A great place to start your tour of Santiago's 19th-century jewels!
