It's a great place for those new to having Northern New Mexican cuisine. Entrees are well-portioned, and so good. Get a margarita with your meal!

Their sangria margarita is a must, but The food Strictly spicy, not flavorful.

Most enjoyed restaurant by Tourists and Locals! The green chile is HOT! Be sure to ask for a sample first! If you LOVE Margaritas, this is the place to be! Great Northern New Mexican cuisine!

Located just down the road, in the Railyard District. Great house margaritas and New Mexican food.

After being very well recommended by many, I was a bit underwhelmed with the food/margaritas.

Amazing Mexican food. Their salsa is extremely hot but it's so tasty and the sopapilla's are incredible.

Excellent food Anda service. The guacamole was fabulous. I had the vegetarian Mexican plate Anda it was delicious. I'M IN LOVE WITH THE SOPAPILAS!

New Mexican cuisine...doesn't disappoint. It's a bit of a walk from our home but there are other attractions on Guadalupe Street, so make a day of it! It is in the trendy Rail Yard area.

House margaritas by the liter, what isn't to love? It's usually pretty crowded for good reason. The parking lot had a solar sun cover which is awesome to see.

Don't waste your time or money, we don't care what the reviews say. There is nothing special about this restaurant in either atmosphere or food.

Great southwest food at great prices. It is a 10 minute drive from Casa Bonita.

Classic Santa Fe cuisine. Reservations are required and it is busy! Located in the Railyard District just a couple of blocks away.

Definitely one of the most popular restaurants to eat in Santa Fe if you are looking for delicious Mexican food. Probably the closest thing to TexMex in the town. There tends to be a 15-45 minute wait for a table but there is much nearby to look at, if desired. They have tasty margaritas and a spacious dining room. There are warning signs about the chile - so if you are not sure if you can handle the heat, be sure to ask for it on the side!

Local from Santa Fe

Definitely one of the top restaurants to eat at in Santa Fe if you are looking for delicious Mexican food. A popular place, there tends to be a 15-45 minute wait for a table, but with there being so much nearby to look it, it is not a trial! Don't forget to try their margaritas. However, heed the warnings - if you can't handle the chile - ask for it on the side!

With signs posted on the walls warning out of towners that the Chili is hot, Tomasita's is a great spot to try the local cuisine. Don't forget the Sopapias for desert.

LOVE Tomasita's. Ever since I moved from Santa Fe to Maui, I dream about Tomasita's.

Sure, I used to work here, but I really have to say that they make some of the best New Mexican food in Santa Fe. I have NEVER been able to find a place outside of New Mexico that can recreate the Sopillas that they make at Tomasitas. Stop by for a bowl of posole and green chile or if you have a bigger appetite go for a Christmas burrito. Oooo... so good. Dammit, now I'm hungry and a thousand miles away.
