Stopped here after seeing the recommendations on here, we love this place. Staff is amazingly friendly and fun, food was out of this world!!! (Try their macaroon and cheese omg). Would definitely come back!

Hopping hipster joint for craft brews, creative burgers & pub grub, plus a hidden speakeasy in back. They have the best burger in San Diego hands down, but the beef short ribs with jalapeno mac n cheese is life altering.

Great location. We went here after a Krav Maga class at Warrior Elite cause it was close enough and open. Service was okay. Disappointing that they we're out of 3 craft beers and out of 2 dinner menu items. That took a while for us to get our beers and food which was a little bit frustrating.

Try the ribs - more like brisket, served with Mac n cheese with jalapeños. Delicious, meat melted in your mouth. Neighbourhood burger and Cajun burger also recommended. Huge selection of beers. Trendy vibe. Would defo recommend!

Top three BEST hamburgers in San Diego. The "neighborhood" burger is mouthwatering. It comes on a delicious soft bun with caramelized onions. The meat is so juicy and high-quality! They have an extensive list of house-made sauces, a huge plus! Note, they do not have ketchup. I like their aoili's and also this one spicy sauce.. I think it's cranberry or raspberry jalapeno, either way, it's super tasty atop your burger! They make cross-cut fries which are also great dipped in the sauces so ask for a few different ones! Variety is the spice of life!

The house cocktails are probably nothing you've had before, strong and unique, give them a try! OR, if beer is your thing, they have a huge selection of craft beers, in bottles and on tap. I have visited for cask nights that feature a popular brew, often from a local microbrewery, yum! The seating is really tight in some areas and there's only a couple large tables. While it's generally crowded, it's worth the wait. Grab a drink from the bar or ask for outdoor seating! P.S... ask about Noble Experiment, the ultra secret bar in the back.

The burger. Go for the burger! The rest of the menu is fantastic has well. They also have a fantastic rotating beer selection. And they have a hidden craft cocktail spot called Noble Experiment, which if you like great cocktails, you have to check it out!

Their popcorn with truffle oil is something one should try. The place is a bit small, but the ambiance is good along w/ their food. There's a hidden entrance towards their restrooms into a prohibition type bar :)

Fun upscale gastropub feeling with reasonable prices for the Gaslamp. Known as a burger place, but good vegetarian selection as well. (My bf really enjoyed the black bean burger and sweet potato fries, and I loved the open-faced veggie sandwich). Extensive and unique beer menu with something for everyone, including lots of local San Diego beers. No wait on a Sunday night.

Sis and I ordered the neighborhood hamburger and some onion rings.
The onion rings were a good size and they were hot and crispy :) The hamburger was a big enough to share, full of flavor and juicy! It's almost as good as Fathers Office burger!

The only thing I didn't like were the potato chips. Tasted like it was cooked in bad oil.

There was a bit of a wait on a Friday night for a table. We showed up because we made reservations to Noble Experiment at 9pm (HIDDEN BAR IN THE BACK). We didn't want to be late plus we were hungry so we had dinner around 8pm. They sat us= right away because no one wanted to sit outside.

This place is pretty small, but bustling with business! It get super crowded, so make sure to go earlier, especially around happy hour time! For HH, you get BOGO for their local brews. Unfortunately they ran out of the one we liked, so we got some non-local ones.

Food was great! Neighborhood burger is delish! The meat was really juicy and tender, and the burger was super flavorful!

We also had some corn dogs, which definitely taste better than your average corn dog.

A very cozy restaurant with a great selection of imported beer and wine. The portabella mushroom burger is one of the juiciest burgers I've ever had.

This place makes my favorite burger in SD, almost as good as Father's Office in LA. The short ribs with jalapeno mac & cheese are amazing as well. Truffle popcorn is delicious, too. I haven't loved everything I've eaten here, like the grilled cheese and mini hot dogs, but for those first two items, the ambiance, and the beer selection, this place deserves 5 stars. Oh yeah, don't ask for ketchup here.

The scene is very cool, the menu looks great but the food seems to sound better than it actually tastes. I would recommend the truffle popcorn. To die for.
