I always forget how beautiful the Pantheon is!! It is gorgeous on the inside and has so much history! I also forget that it’s a church... it doesn’t seem like it would be until you get inside. A beautiful piece a architecture... like a giant work of art! Definitely a must see as you’re wandering through Rome.

The Pantheon is a tourist staple to see as it's culture and history are one of a kind. And the Piazza della Rotonoda is also an unbeatable location filled with local feel. This should be a your must see list for Rome.

The architecture is very unique. The tourists like to visit this place, so it is very crowded inside.

There's loads of shops around and if you are from the US and need a McDonalds, follow the sign.. it'll lead you there. This was a beautiful place to see. The fountain outside is nice to take pictures in front of

This is the Roman monument with the greatest number of records: the best preserved, with the biggest brick dome in the history of architecture and is considered the forerunner of all modern places of worship. The entrance is free. Just 8 minutes by walk from apartment.

Close to the Trevi Fountain so make sure you see them both in one trip. This structure is truly remarkable.

The word Pantheon is a Greek adjective meaning “honor all Gods”. In fact the pantheon was first built as a temple to all gods.

A legend says that if you throw in the fountain a coin from the right hand over the left shoulder will ensure that you will return to Rome in the future.

The oldest church in Rome. It's also called "temple of all the gods," The architecture inside (the dome) is quite amazing! It's said Michelangelo studies Pantheon for his sculptures.

Magic place. I always have a quick peak when in Rome. It's impressive, and it's for free ;) and it feels like ancient Rome. Don't come too late and enjoy the atmosphere.

To be crude, it's just a giant religious monument. But the fact that it's the single largest unsupported dome in the world makes it an engineering marvel, and the intricate details are beautiful. For those more spiritually-minded, it's a sacred place of worship.

The Pantheon carries with its structure so much of pagan history. Providential this became a Catholic Church after a famous Empress converted to Christianity.
