Located 2 minutes away from the condo, during the summer there is a running track, cycling/rollerblade path and a big park where you can play sports, set-up a family picnic or just lay and enjoy the sun.
During the winter, you can cross-country ski and there is a ice skating ring.
All of this is free and you can enjoy the outdoors right in the heart of Quebec city!

The scene of the 1759 battle between generals Wolfe and Montcalm, the Plains of Abraham are the heart and lungs of Québec City. Discover one of the world's largest and finest urban parks.

The Plains are perfect for all kinds of activities (walking, cycling, picnicking, cross-country skiing, and more) or simply meeting up with friends. It was here that hundreds of thousands of fans rocked to Paul McCartney and Céline Dion as part of Québec City's 400th anniversary celebrations, and it is here that Québec's national holiday is celebrated every June 24.

Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec—renowned for its exhibits and collection of Québec art—is only a short walk away.

The Plains of Abraham was the scene of a titanic struggle between Great Britain and France for control of Canada. This battle was a big reason why the French lost the French and Indian War (Seven Years War). Both the British General Wolfe, and the French General Montcalm were killed as a result of the battle.

Great area to boat watch on the river, let the kids run wild or enjoy a picnic. The park itself is nicely put together with street lights, paved roads and lots of trees and flowers. This is not to be missed!
