Come for the incredible wings (make them spicy) and stay for the dishes that are sure to be relatively unfamiliar to you (unless you've backpacked across Thailand, that is).

Delicious, hip restaurant on Division Street. This place is very popular, so expect a crowd, but the food and drinks are fantastic.

I’ve never eaten at any place like Pok Pok and that genuinely saddens me since we don’t have one in Southern California. The 1.5 hour wait was absolutely worth it, and I enjoyed the 5 different dishes we tried out — a must-have are the fish sauce fried chicken wings!

Everything was overly salty and savory...but I freakin' loved it!

We ordered:

- Fried chicken wings. A must at Pok Pok.

- Som Tam Isaan = spicy hand cut green papaya salad with tomatoes, long beans, dry chili, lime juice, tamarind, fermented fish sauce, garlic, dried shrimp, luuk makhok and salted black crab. Trust them, it's SUPER SPICY!! Order at your own risk!!!

- Special = deep fried whole tilapia. We were on the verge of a food coma after this.

The meal at Pok Pok was definitely worth the wait The food was fantastic and service was on point. Would love to come back and try more items on the menu and maybe asked them tweek my fried chickens to less fish sauce and more spice.

I hope you give this place a try. Cheers!

One of the top Thai restaurants in Portland. So many foodie friends recommended this spot, I had to try it out. Go early as the line can be long and they don't take res. The chicken wings were incredible - highly recommend. They also make their own Thai iced tea which was pretty cool! The papaya salad was a bit too spicy for my taste and the hot pot woon sen was flavorful and perfectly cooked!

This is my favorite Thai restaurant in all of Portland! They have some unusual dishes but I crave their fish sauce wings! Perfect mix of sweet, salty and spicy!

Local favorit with great food and fun atmosphere. Specialties include deep-fried chicken wings marinated in fish sauce and palm sugar, as well as stewed mustard greens with pork ribs: both pair well with cucumber relish and shrimp chips.

Pok Pok sums up the Portland VS Los Angeles food culture; 4 Solid Stars in Portland and 3.5 Stars in Los Angeles is the weighted GPA Handicap you would have to give to Portland's MANY MANY MANY diners.

Interesting Fact; Oregan has the most amount of breweries of any state in the U.S. They probably have the most amount of Food Trucks, Strippers, and "Green" dispensaries as well. They also only have one club, so don't expect a crazy dance party life.

Literally every restaurant in Portland serves alcohol. Want Breakfast food? Serve it with an old fashion served in a mug.

16 dollars for 6 wings has to be one of the most expensive wings I have ever tasted. Luckily its the whole wing so it averages out to 12 wings and drummettes for 16; great to share. It's pretty good; but maybe the overhype made me expect it to be Orgasmic.

Pork Ribs were plain, dip it in the sauce for the flavor.

Beef Salad we're a little too sour.

All the dishes ranged from 14-16; which is pretty expensive for what I'm used to for Thai food. At least there's no sales tax in Portland.

Pok pok wings.. What is this dish laced with?! So so good! Fish sauce is great on anything! Andy Ricker's other Thai dishes were great to experience as well; it wasn't your typical Thai go-to food items.

I've never really understood the hype. It's a beautiful place and the food is good- but not wait-for-2-hours-great. They have a couple of really tasty cocktails and the Kai Yaang is the best thing on the menu. Sen Yai Noodles is just as good and just down the street, y'all. Leave PokPok to the tourists.

Delicious wings and noodle dishes! The restaurant isn't fancy because it's based off the street food style of Thailand.

If you're into Thai food, you don't wanna pass this place by. Get the spicy wings, half chicken, and stir fried Brussels sprouts, you won't be disappointed. Add in some sticky rice for good measure!

Pok Pok made me fall in love with Thai food all over again. Hands down the best, most authentic Thai restaurant I've ever been to in North America. You must order Ike's Vietnamese Fish Sauce Chicken Wings. Spicy, sweet, salty, garlicky, sticky, crispy goodness. I'd go back to Portland just for them!

An authentic Thai restaurant located in the Division district of Portland. Some of the food available here is distinctly different than what you would find at your run of the mill Thai restaurant. Definitely worth checking out once.
