performance. The show is part rodeo, part comedy and part old-fashioned country dinner and is a great choice for all members of the family. The dinner is famous for coming with absolutely no utensils, making it more of an event than simply eating as part of the entertainment is finding a way to eat without the comfort of a fork or knife.

This show and dinner is really a lot of fun for the whole family and/or singles or couples. We went to the show when we were with one of our kids and their family and loved it. Dolly Parton deserves an "A" for this show.

This was fun for the family and funny when they slap an entire roasted chicken on your plate! they even give you doggie bags if you don't finish.

The show is a lot of fun for the entire family, the pre-show is very entertaining but don't fall into the trap of buying snacks since the dinner is plentiful and served as soon as you are seated in the main auditorium. I am not a fan of having to eat with my hands so I always bring a plastic fork and knife.

My husband and I got free tickets as part of our honeymoon package and almost didn't go. I'm glad we went, it was the first night of the Christmas show. The show was pretty good and engaging but they crammed as many people as possible into that theatre. Our complementary drink took 30 minutes to get then we waited another 30 for the rest of the people to get theirs. Once we were stuffed into our seats it wasn't too bad. But then the dinner was served and I realized how close we all were. If I say next to a lefty, I don't know how we would have managed to eat except to take turns taking a bite. The show was great and deserves at least 4 starts. The gotta food was good as well. But the herding through like cattle was too much of a negative to keep my rating up. We have found better shows with a lot more room or even private tables.

Our favorite dinner show in Pigeon Forge. We have seen both the Christmas and the Traditional show. Enjoyed both a lot. Food is great.

Dolly Partons Dixie Stampede Dinner & Show is a Southern cooked dinner and exciting cowboy show! Dixie Stampede is an extraordinary dinner show with thirty-two magnificent horses and a cast of top-notch riders. They will thrill you with daring feats of trick riding and competition, pitting North against South in a friendly and fun rivalry. You will enjoy a barrel full of music, dancing, special effects and family friendly comedy along the way. Celebrate as the North and South join together in a patriotic salute of Red, White and Blue featuring COLOR ME AMERICA, written and recorded by Dolly herself. The Patriotic Grand Finale soars with flying Doves of Peace, luminous costumes and fireworks, reminding you of the pride and spirit of America.

Exciting and entertaining show for all ages! HUGE portions of delicious down-home cooking and friendly atmosphere. Lunch or dinner show ~ both are great! They offer AAA and AARP discounts as well as free parking and a chance to pet the horses.

A great place to take kids. The horses are fun and the audience interaction is great. They do not serve alcohol and you eat with your hands. As an adult with no kids it was okay. The whole North vs. South concept I found a little backwards as well but I guess to be expected when you are in Tennessee.
