Came here with high expectations and to be honest it was good but not amazing in way you expect from a 2 star Michelin restaurant and such a famous chef . I would say though that the cod which was made traditionally was the best I have ever had

This is one of my favorite restaurants I’ve ever been to. Love the casual atmosphere while fine dining aspect. It’s so much fun watching them prep and plate the beautiful dishes in front of your eyes.

Eating at L’Atelier wasn't just dinner it was a full event! The restaurant is set-up so almost everyone sits at the bar; which I have to admit I didn’t think I’d like but ended up loving. The atmosphere was fun and it gave us a perfect view of the chefs at work. Our waiter was extremely friendly and attentive and even helped me with my horrible attempts at speaking French. The food was amazing! We ordered from the a la carte menu and every dish was even better than the next. At the waiter’s suggestion I tried foie gras for the first time and loved it. And because I was the only one in my group to skip dessert he brought me the most delicious, freshly made caramels…the perfect ending to a perfect meal.

The best mashed potatoes on the planet, served at the bar with super knowledgable and friendly waitstaff, while you watch the chefs create your dishes right there. They just have the 6:30 seating to make dinner reservations, easy to book, though

VERY expensive but great experience. Sit by the bar and let the staff do their thing.

Be prepared to sit at the bar, because I'm fairly certain there are no tables in this left bank hot spot, but the food is divine.

A legend and one of the best modern french experiences in the world. Go for lunch if you can't get a reservation for dinner.

This is a high end French restaurant from a world renown chef and 2 Michelin stars. The decor is beautiful- most of the seating is at a bar around the kitchen. The food was also very good, though i felt it was overpriced for what it was. We shared a lobster ravioli with truffle to start - it was amazing, but a tiny portion. For my main I had the jack dory. Their first attempt looked beautiful but was overcooked. They promptly replaced it and the second attempt was delicious and the portion was generous. Book ahead - you need a reservation.
