Pala has the best buffet around. Play for a little at the machines and then grub down at the buffet. That's my kind of Saturday night!

I love going gambling at Pala casino. They have the best buffet and it's fun to just drink and play slots. Just like any casino, though, be careful! I stood up for one second and someone stole my voucher out of the machine. Pala security found them and got my money back! Most casinos would not care. They got your back though.

A variety of tables n slots with high and low starting bids. Great energy, accommodations, food options, ample parking, and nice hotel attached.

I really enjoyed visiting this casino on a recent visit to San Diego. The place is huge, they have plenty of table games and slots to enjoy, and there is a hotel if you intend to stay. If the hotel is full, there are other nearby options as well.

PALA!! This is one of the lesser know casinos. Usually when I want to get my gamble on Morongo, Pechanga, and San Manuel are my go to options, but Pala is different. What makes people travel to Las Vegas instead of staying local in California? Buffet! And lucky for you Pala has a great one. That I will review seperately. I am only gonna review staying at the Pala hotel.

Rewards!
The comps from the Rewards Card are outstanding here. If you play slots (I don't), you can easily get comp a free night stay pretty much every month. You can also get free play dollars and food dollars. Comps are something Vegas is laking in recent years. With such great comps at Pala why waste gas going to Vegas?

Parking is good but can get tricky at night time.

Restaurants are meh! I wish they were better. The Buffett is my favorite place whike the other food place I tried are okay. The Pala Cafe has horrible breakfast. The Noodles place has large Men Vs Food sized portions, but only some items are good.

SPA- I haven't tried, but I like the free gym access with stay. Free gym with a comp room? Doesn't get much better than that.

Rooms- everything is nice and modern. The dark wood cabinets and marble bathroom floors remind me of some of my favorite places like Wynn and Ventian in Vegas, but a little strip down version. It's 4 stars for a hotel, but not quite 5 star. I have 2 major pet peeves. The wood cabnets can get annoying. Solid wood is nice, but I can hear the neighbor rooms open and close cabinets every morning and night. The walls are paper thin. My second pet peeve is the fact the tv is locked in place. I can't hook up my own hdmi connections. So, I just watch my movies on my tablet. I also prefer a real closet verse a portable one. The room over all is impressive. I just have a few things I would like changed.

Pricing- I think 100 or 200 a night for a room for what you get is outrageous. I suggest save your money and just gamble. Then stay here using all the comp free nights you can earn through rewards.

I have been to Pala many times. I highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway or just a buffet craving. If you want a 5 star experience try Pechanga. I hope this helps your decision if you are on the fence about going to Pala.

Smoke and crowdness makes casinos for me to be 4s or 5s but 3 is pretty good since I don't like casinos.

I've been here several times due to my mother and father's love for buffets and slots... Thank goodness only for holidays... I've been to other casinos or the same reason. I'm just not a casino girl...

Service: there is a friendly person at every entrance to Pala. He was nice in directing me to where I wanted to be. He even told me to go a different entrance to sign up for a Pala card (my mom told me to). The lady at the customer service desk was helpful and I got a card. Easy.

Every place has lines and it smells... My hair smelled like smoke just going through Pala but eh... Expected.

I only like this place cuz there is always someone around to help.

Pala Casino has a wonderful outdoor theater venue, and a wide variety of food options, but the best is the Oak Room restaurant. Very high-end; contemporary decor, great food and drink lists, and although servers were friendly it was a little slow.
