I kinda wish I stayed in the hotel area because I too would have visited this spa every single day and partaken in every single service and option, which would have meant I needed at least two weeks! First of, it's open 24 hours and is pretty much a survey of global bath and spa experiences, from traditional onsen to Russian banya. There is a European and Asian section, a blue grotto and open-air pools. Plus, there is a whole swimming pool and waterpark area. A must-see and do in Osaka!

Ahh my favorite spot in Osaka. We stayed in the area at a place called a "hotel" but it was really a hostel so I opted to come to SpaWorld everyday of my trip for my baths. The building itself is a mecca so you won't be able to miss it. You can see it from the train coming into the city. It's open 24 hours and has 5 floors of spa bliss. 2 are women exclusive, 2 are men exclusive, 1 is restaurants and co-ed.

Let's get to the details:
-Entrance is 1000yen
-Drunks and Tattooed people are not allowed
-Pay at the front, get a wristband. This is now your charge card and locker key, if you want to buy something, swipe the band.
-Drop off your shoes at the shoe lockers
-Go into the locker rooms and get situated, you may buy drinks and milk from the vending machines
-Go into the bath area on the other side, and you are required to be fully nude. It's customary
-Go bananas. There's so many different types of pools and soaks and rooms here it will take all day to explore

Upon checkout they will swipe your band to see if there are any additional charges, say for food, and you will pay again there. Otherwise, your buffed, polished, hydrated self can be on your merry way.

If you want the traditional onsen experience, and I mean traditional (same sex rooms, whole lotta nakedness/lack of shaving), there's nothing better than Spa World. A relaxing experience for the mind, body and soul, soak in different types of baths from all over the world with amenities themed by country.

Wash away your troubles at SpaWorld. There's an Asia Zone and an European Zone. Each has a number of public bath rooms inspired by different countries. For example, the India room had a life size white elephant in the center. Very kitch and very fun. You can stay all night and sleep in a Lazyboy chair if you want to save on hotels.
