Historic area with a number of restaurants and galleries. Great stroll around original fruit and produce warehouses.

Old Market is such a fun spot in Omaha! There's lots of local breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. In the winter the whole riverwalk is completely lit up with lights and there are horse drawn carriage rides!

The Old Mkarket in Omaha has a number of restaurants and some really nice stores for variety. Its spread out through about 8 square blocks and part of those blocks don't contain that same kind of stuff.

Nice place to go for dinner or just to hang out before a theater event. Also, went there on my way to the airport and had a bit to eat. Lots of nice small stores and little food places.

All the tour books online and in print mentioned Old Market as a must! Of course this was my first stop in Omaha. Just driving on the brick road was awesome, especially the "clut clut clut" sound when the tires bounce on the bricks! I love that this area is still hustling and bustling, full of different eateries, shops, interactive parks, landmarks, and so much more!

I also encountered lots of nice locals who provided suggestions and directions. I bet this place in the summer time is probably filled with festivals, live music, and etc. Too bad I didn't get to see that side of Old Market since I visited in December. One day I hope to make back during summer months.

This is a section of downtown Omaha where you can still find cobblestone streets and a wonderfully unique shopping experience. They have tourist ambassadors on the corners (at least one corner) who was helping to find things and passing out maps. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area, and on-street parking not too far away was free in the evening and on weekends.

The Old Market is a beautifully preserved group of streets in downtown Omaha. From Jackson to Farnam Streets, the Old Market is the perfect place to enjoy an expertly crafted latte, hand rolled cigar or traditional French pastry from the comfort of a cozy sidewalk table. The historic architecture & brick streets are iconic to the Old Market, along with horse drawn carriages corner theaters and museums.

Grab a bouquet of fresh flowers while you walk the rows of unique boutiques, galleries & antique shops and don't forget to stop at the Heartland of America Park for great views of Omaha's Pedestrian Bridge and the city's picturesque skyline - these view are particularly spectacular at night.

The Old Market transforms into one of Omaha's most popular nightlife spots after 9PM. Popular local spots are The Hive, Billy Frog's, Capital Lounge, the Parliament or the Dubliner. There is no shortage of options or genres for the visitor is pursuit of a good cocktail or people watching experience.

The Old Market is conveniently located near the airport, so there is a variety of accommodations for travelers to choose from. For an exclusive Omaha experience, I recommend the Magnolia Hotel.

I've lived in Omaha and gone to the Old Market at least once a month my entire life, yet I always seem to find something new and fun to do.
Whether it's flipping through records at Homers, walking through the park while looking at ducks, looking at all of the art Omaha has to offer in the Passageway, listening to the local talent playing on the street corners, shopping around the many antique, candy, and random stores, having a pizza at Zios, or simply admiring the view of Downtown Omaha from the giant slides, the Old Market is a must for visitors.

Fun place to stroll and window shop. Hosts the Omaha Farmer's Market during the summer, and also has lots of good restaurants.

Nice shops and restaurants make this part of Omaha really enjoyable. Red bricks create a very warm atmosphere. I felt like being somoewhere in Europe when I saw it at first.
